ESR Tube
It contains a 3.8% buffered tri-sodium citrate solution (0.129mol/1) with the mixing ratio of 1 part citrate solution to 4 parts blood .It is used for collection blood and anticoagulation for sedimentation rate test.
They are normally made of glass and plastic. In addition , the plastic tube include PET ,PP and PS.
